Swimmer Registration

The registration period will begin September 1st until June 30th. All swimmers must register with Swim Ontario. WEST will not register any swimmers for the new season until outstanding fees for the previous season have been paid.

Swimmer Categories

There are two Swim Ontario Fees: Competitve and Non Competitve 

Competitive Swimmers may compete in sanctioned competitions and Non Competitive cannot participate in competitions

Non Competitive swimmers can upgrade to Competitive any time, difference in price must be paid to WEST

Competitive swimmers can not move down to Non Competitive

Payment Fee Schedule

- September (Upon Registration)- 50% of fees due plus Swim Ontario Fee 

- January 15th - 25% of fees due

- April 15th- Final 25% of fees Due 

Please Note

-There will be a Penalty for attending additional practices than aggreed upon at registration. The Cost will be double the session for that practice. Attendence will be taken at each practice and Penalties will be enforced.

- If you would like the option of scheduled payments. Please pay 50% upon Registration, on January 15th and April 15th you have until the 15th to pay the remainder 25% of fees due. After the 15th, there will be a 10% weekly penalty. There will be a suspension after 30 days until the total amount is paid.

-There will be no make up practices for illness, injury, vacation, holidays or closed facility due to competitions.

Transfers from Club to Club can be done at any time

Transfer forms are required for any swimmer previously registered with another club, no matter how long ago. It is the responsibility of the club registrar to receive this from the swimmer and forward it to Swim Ontario. Until this form is received by Swim Ontario, the Swimmer may train and only compete as Unattached with the new club.
